When I changed my thinking I learned again that the path to success came from improving myself.

Are you in a current rut with your fitness or career?

Here are a couple of thought changes that will help:

  • Instead of thinking a problem is too tough, think about how to solve it. 
  • Instead of thinking you are not good enough, think about how to be better.
  • Instead of thinking your situation is bad, think about how to improve it.
  • Instead of thinking you don’t know enough, think about how to find out.
  • Instead of thinking you are out of shape, think about how to fix it.
  • Instead of thinking that you are broke, think about how to make money. 
  • Instead of thinking that your relationships are bad, think about how you can help more people. 

These are small things that we can do to change the way that we think about things.

Instead of focusing on the problem focus on the solution and you will pull yourself out of the rut and power on through life.
